ECG does not connect just tells me to go on the app

ECG does not work tells me to go on the app but the app just shows a video on how to work it which doesn’t help, I also do not get oxygen levels on the device at all

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding the inquiry with the ECG app.

I would recommend uninstalling your ECG app and then re-installing it.

To uninstall: 

• Go to your app, on the Today screen click on the top left corner.
• Go to the Account screen.  There please click on your Sense picture.
• On the next screen choose Gallery at the top and then “apps”.  
• Select the ECG app and click uninstall.  
• Make sure you sync your Sense after uninstalling.  Confirm that ECG is no longer on your Sense.
• Next return to your Gallery and apps, and then re-install the ECG app.  
• Sync your Sense and confirm that the ECG app is back on your device.
