Heart rate shows I’m between 52 and 55. I feel like doing an ECG. At the end it says my BPM is too low to a result (47 or 49). When I look at the main screen again I’m at 60bpm or above 50 regardless. WTH is going on? Been like this for two days. Should I go to the Doctor or is there an issue with my “Sense”?

It won't give an ECG reading with heart rate below 60. (Correction: that should have been 50, not 60.) You could try walking around for a few minutes, then try again while HR still elevated.
A regular heart rate below 60 is called "bradycardia" and can be a problem if not delivering blood to your body, although it is not necessarily a problem, especially in trained athletes. If you have any concerns, definitely check with your doctor. At the least, ask the next time you go for a check-up or anything else.

@Atomarin There can be a difference between your Sense screen heart rate and the ECG app. The screen heart rate uses the optical heart rate monitor. The ECG app is a medical grade ECG that uses the metal sensors on the screen rim and screen back. Fitbit's OHRMs are more accurate at rest than during exercise, but you still might see a difference.
I agree that you should see your doctor if you have any concerns. I also want to clarify that the ECG app low heart rate threshold is 50 bpm, not 60.
