ECG not available on a USA territory

Hello, I live in Puerto Rico, a United Staes territory and I can not use the ECG app.  United States is listed as a cleared country.  The ECG feature was the plus feature why I bought the Sense and I can not use it.  This makes no sense to buy the Sense!

Unfortunately, @Evamal, the listing of the United States only includes the 50 states, and not the territories.  Fitbit is continually working to obtain authorization for other countries, and it is possible that Puerto Rico will soon be added.  Periodically check the Fitbit ECG Availability List to see when it is added. The government of Puerto Rico must grant their approval for the app to be used in their country.

Hi, it is too bad to learn this. Yesterday I bought 1 Sense for me and 2
for holidays gifts. I was comparing with other watches and the ECG tool
was the deal breaker for me. Customer service told me that maybe PR can be
added to the list but is not sure. If I would have known this before hand
I would have gone go to another brand, I think I will return them. Thumbs
down to Sense. Tks for the information!

You can select United States on your account location. That's works for me.

It's not work for me. I changed the location on my Fitbit account to USA. But it still couldn't used. (It's show message "Oops, this isn't supported in your location....." Can you advice anything for me?

I’ve realised the reason why the ecg doesn’t work in most countries is because most countries health body probably refuse to give it the approval based on the fact that the heart rate monitor is so shocking.
