I saw that ECG app appeared suddenly on my watch and i said yeah, let's give it a try. But surprise, surprise, the app crashes every time. I went to Discoveries -> Heart Rhythm Assessment, took the Assessment, even watched the **ahem** video. But when i open the app on my watch, it says "Set Up On Phone" every time and when i press "Got it" it crashes. Every **ahem** Time! It will never take me to the screen where i need to set it up and choose the hand i wear it on.
Device: iphone XS max
iOS: 14.0.1
Huge disappointment again. Thank you Fitbit for making me just throw away over 300E on a device that is not functional.
(Check my other posts as nothing works for me: not Find my phone, no GPS, no Uber app....just NOTHING). And according to my heart rate on this watch i should have a daily stroke 😐

Hi @girlWithaSense where is this crash happening? The fitbit app on the phone or the ECG app on the Sense?
The first time I ran the ECG app on the Sense I needed to have the Heart Rythm Assesment open in the Fitbit app on the phone before the ECG would run on the Sense.
Now I can run the ecg without having the Fitbit app on the phone open.

I have both app on the watch and on the phone open and it keeps saying you need to set it on your phone. But was set and now i only see the "possible results", "how it works", "you should know" bla bla blah . But it will never open the app on my watch. After i press "got it" it automatically closes.

I am having the exact same issue and I literally bought the sense specifically because of the ECG capabilities.... I had just bought a brand new versa a month before but once I saw that the sense was able to do ECGs I decided it was worth the money.... and am super disappointed that it isn’t working for me.
did you ever find a way to fix this?
