Hi,

could be that you are not located in the US, Canada or one of the very few countries that approved the ECG with the local regulators?
Fitbit is moving slowly, or not at all, in order to make this option a workwide approved.

Hello @Barokoid and welcome to the Help forum.  I don't know if this is the bug you are mentioning or not.  Several days ago, my husband exported his ECG result.  He didn't get the push notification from Fitbit to his Sense, but the pink dot eventually appeared in his inbox on his phone app, saying his report was available.  He exported today's result.  It took over an hour to get the notification and this time he did get the push notification to his Sense.  Do you have any of the pink dot inbox notifications?   You mention this as a known bug.  I browse this forum daily, but don't recall seeing other posts about this.

@dvdscr   If your country doesn't support the ECG app, you get an "Ooops" error message when you try to set it up.  ECG approval is at the discretion of the country, not Fitbit.  The country needs to approve it as a medical device.  Just clarifying things.

@dvdscr   I believe users in non-supported countries can change their location to a supported country.  I am in the US, so I don't need to try this option.  The OP does have an ECG report and is looking for it.  Sounds like the OP is in a supported country.

Thanks for the replies. My location is Austria and I am using the ECG app for many months now.

Update: Yes, I am getting now a push notification regarding my ECG data is ready to download after few minutes to hours of waiting.

@LZeeW change location works for Google Assistant, but not for the ECG app. Makes sense, since unlike other services, ECG is regulated by health authorities.

Indeed, when it comes to modern medicine, there is already significant progress in remote examination, and even treatment, but still applications that are used to issue any certificates, documents, or something else, leave much to be desired. That is why it is important to always keep in touch with the doctor if you are on a remote consultation, even after the completion of the examination. According to this scheme, I have been treated for a long time (when necessary) with Indian specialists https://www.alveda.life/. If I have problems of this nature, then at any time I can go to the video or chat connection with the attending physician and ask him to solve the problem.
