I would like to know when it will be released more accurately? In my account the location is locked, so I can't even switch to english which could be a temporary alternative for me. Is it possible to unlock this?
There is a way to unlock this. But there is a catch. You can set your county to US in your google account (via your google play app). But you can't change it back for a year. So if you do this you are stuck on US settings for a whole year.
