Echoing phone calls after 5.1.1 update

When I talk to my wife on the phone with her on her Sense I echo badly. Almost like how you echo when someone puts you on speakerphone. Before the 5.1.1 update calls were clear on both ends. Plus she says she can barely hear me because the speaker on the Sense is so bad. Such low volume. And yes, volume on watch and phone are maxed out. I use Pixel 4 XL and she uses the 3 XL. But she can't hear me if I talk regular because the volume on the Sense speaker is so low and when I talk louder it echoes on my phone so bad. So it's a lose lose situation. Why did you include such a poor speaker on the Fitbit Sense, Fitbit?  And can you possibly up the volume with a software update or are we all just stuck with this cheap low sounding speaker you stuck in this nearly $350 watch?

I can't say why Fitbit included this speaker

You have posted in the community board where your fellow Fitbit users will be responding. So I am responding with my thoughts.

The speaker probably is fine. My guess is that Fitbit limits the decibels simply to extend the battery life.

Your Sense basically is a speakerphone.

With next call I'll ask if they hear an echo. Noone has mentioned this.
