When I turn my wrist my Sense does not light up. I looked in the settings and saw that ‘Screen activation’ is set to ‘Only button’, but also this feature is grayed out. so I cannot choose ‘Movement and button’. Any1 know what I can do to change that setting?

@Macamba You might be on sleep mode. On the watch swipe right and look for the crescent moon icon. If it is active tap it to deactivate sleep mode. See if this works.

Hi @Macamba  - the answer is in the title - in the Fitbit App

  • click profile photo
  • click device photo
  • scroll down and Enable Quick View.
  • sync

As @wtksk8r  says if you have chosen Sleep mode this will override it, but without Sleep mode it can be used to turn on/off wrist wake from the App.
