Hello, all.
I have recently noticed my Sense's failure to display the list of exercises (e.g. Bike, Hiking, Weights, etc.) when I press the "running man" Exercise icon. Instead, after briefly showing the icon by itself (in the middle of the screen), the watch just dumps me back into the main menu, where that same icon is - once again - accompanied by others, such as EDA Scan, Assistant, and Today.
I have tried a lot of different things to fix this: restarting the Sense, moving the icons, changing the clock style, syncing the Sense through the smartphone app, double-tapping, triple-tapping, quadruple-tapping, long-tapping, tapping while I chase my cats ... well, you get the picture. The only "fix" (even using that word makes me blush) is to run a factory reset. And you can imagine how much fun that is.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? I find no mention of it on the community threads, although I see other complaints about Exercise actually tracking activity. But that's not my specific problem. The issue isn't tracking; it's getting into the menu in the first place.
Best,
Tom

First time hear this issue. I had a similar issue with the ECG and it going in circles telling me to open the app. A restart of the Sense fixed that though.
Personally I would do a factory reset. It's not that terrible, for me, but apparently mods say you shouldn't do that unless customer support tell you to. So I guess your next step is to contact customer support and see what troubleshooting steps they recommend.

Best AnswerHow do you do a factory reset? I am having the same issue, got a new watch face and now I get an error with big red X on the screen that says Data not cleared, Sync & try again.
