Exercise app on my Sense is crashing

Anyone having issues when trying to track excercise the list of activities isn’t there and it just closes itself down

Hi @Me987654321 - first try a simple restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start - if this doesn't resolve it try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, who can help you perform a factory reset, which may be all that is needed.
