I have had my debit card connected to my Fitbit Sense since I bought it. January 1st it stopped working, Saying the charge was declined. After some research I found that Fitbit said that "cards must be updated by December 31st 2023.  Not knowing what "updated" meant I called customer service at Fitbit and they had no idea what it meant. I was told to delete the FB app, reinstall it, reboot the phone, disconnect from bluetooth, reconnect and so on and so on. They finally said call my bank, they needed to update my card and they would know what I was talking about. Well, they didn't, but they told me my debit card was blocked due to suspicious activity, which was me trying to add my debit card.  I don't think I would need to get a new card number, and I don't want to as I have accounts attached to that card.  Does anyone know what is going on?

@4faithc I've been having the exact same problem since January 1.  I'm with Capital One and they have no idea what is going on either.  Frustrating since I use this feature all the time.
