FITBIT Sense Clock face switching to a black clock face I didn't install??

Hi There,

My FITBIT sense keeps randomly switching to a black clock face.  I'll have it on my main clock face then it will all of a sudden go to a black one I didn't install.  I then have to hit the side button to get it back to my original face?  I haven't changed any settings or anything, it just randomly started doing it yesterday.  I've tried other clock faces and the same black screen reappears.

Suggestions?

Hi @trygirl  - double tap the screen ado it's not black and swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and enable the wrist wake, watch icon, and make sure sleep and do not disturb icon are disabled.

Then when you raise your arm tolook at your watch  it should come on automatically.

Thanks for the steps to fix this but it didn't seem to help. It stays on my normal clock face for about 5 seconds then in switches to the black one I don't want to see.

I took a picture of what I'm talking about.  The black clock face is the one I mentioned that randomly started appearing, the heart one is my actual clock face.

@trygirl  - did you turn off the Always On icon in the Quick Settings?
