FITBIT app will not connect to internet to load apps in gallery

"Oops, looks like there's no Internet connection" is the constant message received in Gallery section of the app. 

 

1. Reloaded app

2. Factory reset phone

3. Restarted cell phone

 

Nothing seems to fix this. FIBIT techs (3 of them) can't seem to figure it out.

I think i just fixed my problem. i have AdGuard on the phone and it was blocking it. i went into the settings told it to let it through and it works.

Hi @Ayork14  - see No internet connection especially private DNS for new Samsung phones.
