The face of my Fitbit Sense fell off just 2 days ago. I don't wear it in shower or the pool just to work. I bought it last year in February and it wasn't cheap, it cost me $469 AUD

Hi, @Tjjax13, welcome to the community, sad to hear of your experience. You should contact "Customer Support" using the phone or chat facility for a prompt response. Alternatively, you can reach them via the Fitbit app on your phone. Bear in mind Fitbit's warranty is for 1 year and excludes accidental damage unless you bought the FPP extension which provides 2 years and includes accidental damage. You would be well advised to check local legislation to see if you have additional protection.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

If warranty is over, you could consider repairing it yourself. T7000 glue (black) or B7000 glue (transparent) is just a few bucks on Amazon for instance.
