This is my third sense. This is the third one this has happened to. I'm trying to see how to replace it since it's been a year to the day since I bought it. I've also purchased the two year warranty but upon trying to use the return portal, it shows that none of my purchases are eligible, including the warranty? What's the 2 year warranty for??

Hi, @Mnmartin11 if you are unable to use the returns portal I would suggest getting in touch directly with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.fitbit.com . They will let you know your options.
