My name is Mike think of me as a man on a mission. I am asking People to Give Info and Feed back on issue's but there is requirements to this feed back.

Give The Info required First before you tell me the Issue's at hand.

  1. What Device are you using (Make & Model)?
  2. What Operating Software is it on (iOS 14... or Android 8...)
  3. How long have you had your Watch?
  4. Is The Fitbit app the latest Version and is the watch firmware the latest version?
  5. When did the problem occur? & did it work before? or was it always this way for you.

All this information is extremely important trying to answer any question you might have or any feed back you might be looking for needs to have this information in it because it makes trouble shooting extremely hard for you and me and the community as a whole.

I have personally used Androids (Government Free to LG's Stylo 6 ) 7.1 through 10 IPhone6s through IPhone12 Pro max.  iOS 12.2 to 14.4.2. my experience has been far ranging using different phones.

I dreaded buying a new phone especially since this accursed battery drain glitch seems to be happening to phones and watch's. Regardless I broke down and got the iPhone 12 pro max it running iOS 14.4.2 and it working 😈 flawlessly I can use My watch to answer calls no issue yet, I can respond to my texts no issue yet, No Battery drain on the Phone or the watch currently but I do have other issue with the watch.
Band seems to have some play at it connection to watch, Had an issue where time was off by three minutes, I had an Issue with GPS having disconnects, I had an issue where I plugged in my charger in a phone block and it stopped the watch from saying slow charging but it started soft rebooting my device and at one point the watch went pure black and stayed black I fixed this with a soft reboot but it was not a normal soft reboot took twice as long to get it to do so, I have an issue with heart rate during exercises, I had issue on other phones with syncing it wasn't to serious because I could find work around. I am sure i am forgetting other issue as it is late for me.

Please leave feed back with the requirements about your issue as a community let work on these issue in a tactical way with all the information at hand. By going by the requirements I laid we can define the causes or try to in a much more informed fashion hopefully the Developer's and coder's could use this info to solve Issue we all are having.

See feature suggestion Prompt users to include Watch version, Fitbit App version & Phone OS version for posts

It should be a requirement for posting an issue, without this information as you rightly surmise its difficult to aggregate issues.
