I had my Sense for less than 4 days and it died. Turned it off with 80% charge and it never came back on. Replacement is going to take 5-7 days. Should have been overnighted for the inconvenience. This is my 5th Fitbit and last. I had a similar issue with my Ionic seems like the can't get a smart watch to work. My choice on a to resolve it was (on a brand new product) was a 'complimentary replacement' or 50% of a different model. They don't seem to value their customers very much.

Hi @Bee10 it seems all the shippers are stretched thin right now. I doubt overnight shipping would be overnight with the current state of the postal service and Fed Ex.

Not my point. Fitbit sells a product and their customer service is severely lacking. .
