Save your money do not buy the Fitbit sense versus 3 is a much better purchase. I've had nothing but issues with the advanced features that the Fitbit offers I do not get stress readings maybe one out of seven days. For $100 what they're offering is not worth it even the ECG does not work 60% of the time my average heart rate is below 50 so anytime I try to sit down take a reading it drops below that level and it tells me cannot give me a reading. If you're looking to give people who are fit any kind of information and you are not going to accept anything below 50%, 50 heartbeats per minute it's worthless. I'm tired of trying to do work arounds to get things to work is just not worth the effort to do it.

My wife and I are thrilled with the sense. ECG works 100% of the time for me. My wife does not use that feature. I am sorry that you are having bad luck with your device but I think it is safe to say that your opinion, while respected, is just an opinion. I always try to be as objective as possible. I had an issue with Kia Motors this year for instance. My 2020 Kia Soul has been at the dealership three times this year due to a transmission problem? I am sure there are several that have had issues with Kia Soul transmissions but making a blanket statement and telling people to save their money and buy a cheaper Kia Rio Instead may not be the best advice for everyone. Your negative experience is likely atypical. Btw, my wife swapped out her Apple Watch for the Sense because Apple Watch stopped showing her heart rate in the midst of our power walks and tennis matches. Anyway best of luck, hope you get something that suits your needs.

Didn't you also hear about all of the fires KIA had over the last 5 years or so? Look it up. I wouldn't give them a penny for their lack of concern and playing it off for a long time.  As for the Sense as with any peice of technology there will only be very close to perfect for the device that someone will really like. What you bought today was old 6 months ago. Your experience may and probably will differ from someone else's. Also the complaints on a forum like this probably account for less than 5% that were sold. Overall it's a very nice smartwatch so far. It's definitely not perfect and I may have received one of the 95% that are working well enough to satisfy the majority of users.
