So as we can all agree this product so far is sub-par. Issues I have run into- does not sync with some major phone players ( 5g?), Misleading shortcut corner touch ability, Wallet still not compatible with major banks, Can not navigate away from EXERCISE screen once started (major boo-boo). Not entirley sure why I would pair my wireless earbuds with the fitbit if the fitbit needs to pair with phone in order to listen to music when I can just pair earbuds to smartphone that I still have to carry around. After only 1 day I am ready to get my refund and wait to see if Google can help them swing this product in a more refined direction.

I am not part of the "all" that agrees with this. For example, you indicate that it will not sync with a 5G phone, but I have a Samsung Galaxy A71 5G and it syncs fine every time I open the app. Not sure what you mean about "Misleading shortcut corner touch ability", since that exists, but I do agree that some major banks do not support Fitbit Pay - my bank, for example, is not included. I can, and do navigate away from the Exercise screen every time I complete the exercise - not sure why you cannot navigate away from it. But then, you may want to use it for more than 1 day before assuming it does not work. Or, of course, you can return it as you suggested.

Larry thanks for sharing your experience with the product. Looking at others in the community -connection and syncing appears to be an issue. With my Pixel 4a 5G it does not pair, fitbit support confirmed. As far as the corners I've gone over the manual several times and the only thing users can do is long press or double tap the main button ( left side) to get "quick" actions. If you can touch just the corners to get to quick actions I'd really like to see a youtube of that. Either way it's me second shot at a fitbit so might be best to stick with Garmin.
