I've had the Fitbit Sense for about 6 weeks. It worked great for the first 4 weeks. Then, it started acting up with problems syncing with my Pixel. For the last 2 weeks, the screen has been freezing up "black". I have reset the Sense more times in the last two weeks than all the Fitbits I've had since 2015. This is a total piece of junk that is unreliable and buggy. Now it is completely dead and will not respond to any resets. Anyone move from Fitbit to Apple watch or another device? Any experiences? Were you able to move data? Thanks.

The "Stress management" module is a placeholder, and they never intended to develop it.
Any "Smart" watch that asks me to manually enter and delete stuff it messed up is a very stupid watch.

My first sense died a few months into ownership. I took it off for bed, and it never turned back on. Stuck on logo.
I get a warranty replacement, and the LCD screen is dimmer, greener, darker than the other one, even at full brighness. They didn't care.
My watch recently started recording sleep when it was off my wrist, leading to skewed stats. After 2 touches with support, the best they got is 35% off a new watch.
I'm putting my feedback here to abandon Fitbit, since they went completely downhill since Google acquision.
