Feedback on the design of the Fitbit Sense to help product development

Hello! I really loved the Fitbit Ionic and recently bought the new Sense. However, I’ve found the single left-side button difficult to press. I often have to lift the watch face up to apply the pressure to get the button press to register. I never had this issue with the Ionic. I also find the Sense wristband a bit uncomfortable.

Welcome aboard, @SouthTXAggie00!  I, too, often find the Sense button difficult to press, but I find that if I use the pointer or index finger of the opposite hand to press in & up at the same time, the button is much easier to press.
