Figured out how to connect my Fitbit Sense to my Samsung Galaxy A20

About a week ago I got my Fitbit Sense and struggled trying to connect the phone via Bluetooth. I had my phone off ringer and it would not connect. Through lots of reinstalling the app on the phone I figured out my phone needs to be in vibration mode to receive calls or text messages on the Fitbit Sense. Has worked great now. Hope this helps others.

Yes @Jcraig7369 turning the ringer off, puts the phone on silent mode and the phone does not ring. 

On some phones Kevin byte ring for only vibration will work. 

As for attaching to the phones Bluetooth. This is a job for the Fitbit app, not the user.
