This morning the Fitbit app offered me to update the firmware on my Sense. The download was performed, but when the installation of the new firmware started, the Sense entered in a boot loop, I see the fitbit logo, it vibrates and then it restarts. This continuously without end. I can't break this loop. Can anyone help me? Thanks

@MarioBo, you will need to contact Fitbit Support so that they can address this issue. At the bottom of this screen, select the Help link, and then select Get Support to find the best way to contact them. Do this as soon as possible.
