Hi there,
I just installed the latest firmware update and it has erased everything on my Fitbit Sense. All the touch features have disappeared and it doesn't display any icons or info.

HI there,
any update/response to this post? not sure if I have a faulty Fitbit Sense and I should take it back to the store for a refund?

Sounds defective. If an update didn't fix it, return for exchange before it's too late

That version seems odd, may be a typo [see Latest versions] - Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you

Flowerpower_74's original post was almost 4 months ago and there has been no post since Nov 25, 2020. This would seem to be an expired matter. But it is curious. The current Version No on my Sense is 44.127.4.17. Was there ever a 44.127.4.15 on the Sense?

absolutely another type. It is, of course, 44.128.4.17. Can't get good help these days 😁
Incidentally, in responding, how do you get the address of the person your are replying to, e.g. @CBV2 in my case, into the reply box?

Sorry, now worked it out so no need to tell me. Also, please ignore the other typo ....

Hi everyone. It's good to see you participating in the Community Forums.
@Akaladie01, @Guy_ and @CBV2, thanks for sharing your insights and suggestions to help our member. Let me clarify that the 44.128.4.15 is one of the initial firmware versions released for the Sense. However, once your watch has been set up in a Fitbit account you'll be offered to update to the latest version.
Hope this helps.
