Walking through door and hit door jam and screen smashed. Embarrassing one cannot get screen fixed when watch is 2 minutes old (without pretty much spending same money as watch). **ahem**ty customer service, **ahem**ty quality especially for an active watch. Will never purchase a Fitbit item again and will do my best to share my experience with friends, family and social media.

Hi @Zebra55  - the most recent firmware has new features and may have issues, try removing the main drainers and see if the battery will last, see How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
