What a great watch, when Dick Tracy first got his wrist radio, I said no way, but this amazing technology has my vote, I love it. It took awhile to figure it all out but even at 91 I have it working perfectly. Thanks Fitbit.

Hi @JOHNLB8 . I'm glad you are enjoying it.
One warning, though. Don't panic or feel scared if Sense unexpectedly shows you a too high heart rate, because it might be a wrong value. Sense heart rate measurings are known for its lack of accuracy sometimes, not always*. If this happens, please keep calm and check your pulse with your fingers or, even better, with a pulse oximeter if you have one. Just in case.
Enjoy your Sense!

* You can trust the heart rate value provided by the ECG, though.

Elaborating a little bit more, @JOHNLB8 .
I have a heart condition and, after several scares caused by sudden very high heart rate values showed by my previous Fitbit Versa 2 (but the same happened with Sense), I learnt that the main rule is:
It has all to do with the influence your hand/wrist/arm movements can have on Sense heart rate readings.
Just as an example, several times it happened to me, while I was moving around, Sense showing me heart rate values rangeing from 120 to more than 140 bpm, while, at the same time, my heart kept quietly beating at around 70 bpm.
The good news: if you are sitting quietly, Sense heart rate values are usually very accurate. If they were wildly high before, after a few minutes sitting quietly they go back to the right values.
Hope this is helpful for you.
