FitBit App not consistently picking up sleep data

For the past few weeks since Google and iPhone updates, both my sleep data and my husband’s have occasionally failed to upload completely to our FitBit Pro apps.   When we manually edit our “wake up” time, the missing data gets loaded with all the levels of sleep and wakeups appearing on the app during the added time!   There appears to be a download glitch rather than a data gathering issue.  Has anyone else had this happen  and are there solutions out there beyond adjusting watch bands and sleeping positions?

The problems I describe regarding syncing sleep data continue for both my husband and me.    I have received no helpful response to solving the issue.  Has anyone else had a similar experience with helpful suggestions on how to apply a fix?
