Dear all,
I can't seem to receive what's app or email notifications on my new sense. I have all the settings on for notifications, restarted both the sense and my phone but it doesn't work. How can this be fixed?
I keep on getting this notification within the fitbit app, stating that the notification service is not active. Please restart your phone to enable this for your tracker. Done this as well many times but it doesn't work.

Do you have do not disturb enabled in the watch settings?

Best comment! I was having the same problems until I checked the 'Do Not Disturb' on my fitbit Inspire 2 and low-and-behold it was turned on 🙄

@WanderLin97 Welcome to the Fitbit community.
In addition to making sure your watch isn't on Do Not Disturb, if you're watch is getting notifications but you're not noticing them vibrate, the watch does follow mute and do not disturb settings on the phone. I do tend to use mute and do not disturb automatically turns on for driving mode so I turned on the Always Vibrate option in the Fitbit app so that doesn't happen.
