My Sense was working ok until recently. Now a charge only lasts 24 hours. A $400 watch should not be considered disposable landfill. I’ve turned everything off on mine and followed all the advice I was given. I have been told will only get a discount on a new watch as it’s just over a year old?? I feel that there must be a firmware issue as had a similar issue in 2021 that FitBit finally addressed. I’ve been using FitBit watches for decades and this just isn’t right.

Hi, @CynthiaAnneC, welcome, I apologise if you have already considered this (as an experienced Fitbit user) have you checked the "Sense" is charging when you place it on the cable? Note the state of charge after syncing but before you start the charging. There is an issue relating to the 4 little pins that prevent the charging cable from working and it is frequently necessary to clean the back of your "Sense" (I use rubbing alcohol)
Let us know how you get on.
Cheers

Thank you for your advice. Unfortunately this hasn’t helped the issue. I’ve cleaned the back, moved to a fast charge and it charges to a full 100% in 1 -2 hours. Then it just drains quickly. I’ve tried leaving it charging even longer (just in case) but no improvement. I’ve even removed the spo app 😞
