Charged my FitBit Sense for appropriate time to be 100% charged. Display will not come fully alive. Only showing time and already less than 1 day showing 49% charge. LEDs for pulse, heartbeat and blood oxy no longer light up. Never was emmersed so not waterlogged. When press button will only show "Set up Wallet" screen on display. Will not communicate via bluetooth anymore so cannot sync steps or any other functions.Cannot bring up on WiFi either. WTH is wrong? Can the watch be reset?
Watch less than 1 year old.

The watch can be reset via the sensor on the side of the watch face. Hold your finger over it for 15 seconds and it should restart.

If the suggested 15 second button reset doesn't work, you should let the Sense battery completely drain. This will force a restart the next time you place it on a charger. There is a slight risk that the device may struggle to charge from a fully depleted battery. But not like there are many other options.
Being less that a year old, you should contact support for warranty if these suggestions don't work. Be aware that Fitbit have an unusual policy in that a device replaced under warranty is ONLY covered by the original remaining warranty period. You don't receive a new full 12 month warranty.
