Fitbig Sense Apps and Clock Faces

My Fitbit Sense won't download any new clock faces or apps. Looks like it is trying but does not fully install.

Try doing a reset of your Fitbit Sense

How do you do a reset? <MOine won't even attempt to download one, it says not connected even though my iphone says it is connected. Have turned my bluetooth on and off and let it resync but in the app it says it is not connected.

On Sense, open the Settings app > About Sense > Factory reset.
