Hi All,
Does anyone know how to fix this issue ? Red line keeps going from left to right in slider. No matter what i tried ( force quit, clearing cache, log on /off, delete app, resetting watch itself, switching Bluetooth on or off, switching to mobile data..etc) did any good. Much appreciated if you guys know how resolve that?

@selcukn Thanks for stopping by!
Let me help you with your issue downloading the Fitbit app and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is odd. This sound as if your phone doesn't have enough internal memory, please check if this is the case. Also restart your phone. Additionally could you share a screenshot of the error you are seeing on the app.
I look forward to your reply.

Hi Sir,
I have got 4.1 GB (total 8GB) internal memory left. Besides, i have recently wiped all unnecessary files. I guess it is more than enough to accommodate fitbit app. Please check the following screenshots regarding the problem. Any help, appreciated.

Same issue using a Samsung S10, keeps saying internet not connected and doesn't sync except when I remove the device from Bluetooth and re-add. It will sync but still not download apps
