Fitbit App only says "No Measurements" when it comes to Heart Data

Hi,

My Fitbit Sense tracks everything fine, but none of it seems to appear on the app. I don't see any Heart Data in the app. It also fails to sync.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If there is any additional information required of this situation, please let me know and I'm sure I can provide further details.
