Fitbit App says battery is full

So my Android Fitbit app says my battery is full and it's not full. It is syncing but still displays the wrong information. I have restarted my phone and my watch and still nothing.

First welcome to the Fitbit community.

 

Try deleting the Sense in the Fitbit app (sync first) and then add it again. You won't lose any information and it doesn't factory reset the device.

If you're on Android, clear the app cache. If that doesn't work or your on iOS, uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
