I have been having issues with my Sense for several months. I use the Glance watch face to track my blood sugar as I am diabetic. The face is supposed to show heartrate and steps, but it does not. I first noticed the issue when attempting to use Exercise. My watch froze and then had a blank screen. I was able to do a hard reset and just dealt with not ever being able to use it and not having the expected features present on the watch face. I attempted to utilize exercise again today, selected walk, saw it attempt to connect to GPS, and went about my way. I received a text notification and looked at it. When I got home, I touched the watch face and now see the screen, "Are you sure? Starting Clocks will close out Exercise. No Yes. Neither button will work, and it will not turn off.

Welcome to the Fitbit community.
Have you tried removing the watch face (you need to select a different watch face first to be able to see remove option in the app) and reinstalling it? Also, make sure that all the permissions are granted for a watch face to work correctly.
