My Fitbit won’t charge the battery died I tried to restart it but it isn’t charging tried different ports help!!!!!!!

maybe you need a new charger if you have cleaned or inspected your charger already..

The Sense chargers are crap. Check the pins. I find that the lower left pin is the one that most frequently fails to extend. I have blown through three fitbit chargers and three aftermarket chargers with the same problem. The aftermarket chargers are cheaper and faster to ship, and they don't further enrich Fitbit for making a terrible product.
