I pre-ordered the Fitbit Sense and am excited about using it on my wrist.
As for the bezels I am sure that they are very big for a model in 2020. Instead of replying with " Good idea, we will pass it on to the engineers for future models" I would be grateful if you revealed to me what was the concept of keeping such big bezels in such a modern society towards the end of 2020.
Thanks
Best AnswerThere are one or two for this new product so far. They show the product but not its functions because of iit not being yet ready. This doesn't answer the question.
Best AnswerThe bezels are nothing compared to those on my Versa 2. I am very excited about it!
Best AnswerI agree @mikeyt1818. Considering the features the Sense boasts, I don't think the design is too unreasonable.
I cannot go against die hard fans. It seems you guys are a long time here. I want to feel the same way too, but I haven't lost my taste or the "sense" of reality and I can still see things the way they truly are. So when I take it in my hand and feel it has huge bezels that can make a second screen by themselves if you can put them together, it will get sent back. It's 2020.
Best AnswerWhy go to the trouble of ordering it in the first place if you are only going to send it back? It sounds like your mind is already made up. There are plenty of images showing the display and bezel size for you to work out if it's going to be an issue for you or not.
Something tells me that Fitbit waits for google. Once the transition to Google is completed they will redesign it with considerably less bezels to present something new. Otherwise it would defeat the purpose of the surprise if Fitbit eliminated bezels a year before Google themselves do it.
If it is indeed like that then the whole philosophy is not customer oriented and there is no balance between greediness and customer satisfaction.
