Fitbit Sense Default Clock Does Not Show Sleep Score on Watch

I recently got the new Fitbit Sense and I'm having a few issue with it. My sleep score won't appear on my watch even though I have the default clock screen that should show the score. All that appears next to the moon and the z are two dashes (--). The only way I can look at my score is if I go into the app.

Could you take a picture of the clock face and/or tell us the name? I’m unfamiliar with a clock face that displays sleep score.

If you swipe up, tap sleep, you should be able to see your sleep score
