Fitbit Sense Display is black

Hi,

 

the Display of my Fitbit Sense seem to be out of order. I get notifications (through vibrations), i can snyc it with my iphone, it counts steps, but the display remains black. I tried to restart the device, but I dont even get the Fitbit logo.

 

Is there any other way i can reset the Sense or do I need a replacement?

Hi, @SunsetRunner, welcome, If your "Sense" is vibrating it would appear to be running. Restarting takes a little longer than you might anticipate.

If you are not able to make progress you should talk to "Customer Support" here I recommend you use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.

Did you end up finding a solution? I have tried to reset my sense using the video link advice, and the screen is still black. It seems to still work with my app, and vibrates. The Fitbit live chat gave an error/redirect page. 😞

Hi,

Yes, same result here. I don’t see anything on the display, the device vibrates and I see the results in the app.

I think I need a new one 😩

As the watch is syncing with the App, do try to change the clock face in case it is only a clock face fault.

You can also check to see if it responds to swipe up, down, left or right.

In the Fitbit App, Click profile photo, device photo, Gallery to chose a different clock face.

If it is faulty may be the shop will replace it or you can contact Fitbit Support directly.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
