How do I turn this off? I could used to with my versa and in Fitbit app under Exercise Shortcuts but now it’s not available.

Assuming you are referring to Auto-pause, after you select "Run", note the small arrow at the bottom of the screen indicating more screens below.  Scroll down through more Run settings and you will get to 'Auto-pause' on/off.  There are several places like this where additional settings are in screens below, indicated by small arrow at bottom of screen.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
