Fitbit Sense HRV data isn't displayed on the Health metrics tile

Since last week, I face a regular problem with my Fitbit Sense: there is no HRV data displayed in the health metrics. Because of this situation, I did an update of the app (for android), unpaired my device, logged off the app, then logged again, paired it. It helped to get the data for next two days. Today I am missing the data again. I am a Premium user and the HRV is the only missing element in my health metrics. Has anyone faced the same issue recently?

Got my Sense on 2 Feb. That night it recorded my HRV, then skipped 3 Feb, recorded 4 and 5 Feb, and that was the last time it recorded HRV.

Found this thread (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/Missing-BR-and-HRV-data-in-Health-Metrics-dashboard/td-p/45705...) and did everything on iOS: updated to iOS 14.4, logged out of Fitbit app, logged back in, removed Sense from app, rebooted Sense, added Sense back to the app...but still no HRV 😕

It is iimportant that the back of the watch is kept clean, worn the right tightness and place.

Are you getting the SpO2 data but not the HRV?

Both take a while to appear in the morning and require a proper health metrics night's sleep.

@SunsetRunnerThis may help

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Log back in to the Fitbit app

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

@heyjcmTry uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App itself, if you do, remember to redo the Notifications setup.

@Guy_ SpO2 pops up every day without any issue, only HRV is problematic sometimes. Will try to clear cache indeed! Thank you!
