Fitbit Sense - Is ECG feature available without premium subscription

Deciding on whether to get the Sense.  In order to use the ECG feature, would I have to subscribe to premium?

I have not Premium, I use ECG quite often and confirm what @DanRichard  and @Newtripley  said.
