Fitbit Sense battery draining in under 3 days!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Currently using iPhone 13 to sync my new Sense.
replaced my Ionic ( battery life of 7 days) with a new Sense.

Having trouble getting the 6 day battery life, as advertised.

Any suggestions or I might as well return it. Bought it because of the 6 day battery life. 😞

If you turn off everything that can (eg SPO2 monitoring), go dim as you can, keep GPS off, then maybe you might get 6 days for a brand new one. I typically get 3 days on an 85-30% charge cycle with SPO2 turned. I'd always take manufacturers claims of battery life with grain(s) of salt and check user reviews.

I was told by customer service that the battery drains much more quickly when it’s on. I thought that was a setting but he explained he meant it drains quicker when it’s on your wrist.

Hi, I had this problem or draining in even less time. Fitbit suggested turning SpO2 off but that didn’t help me. Turning off the snore detect did help. It probably goes 5 days now.
