My Fitbit Sense watch is up to date with the latest firmware.
In the Bluetooth settings on my Fitbit Sense watch, it won't find my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus Tablet. It discovers other devices but not the S7 Plus Tablet. I've tried turning the Sense watch off then on several times and also turning my S7 Plus Tablet on and off several times. It won't find the tablet. I also cleared the cache in the Fitbit App a couple of times.

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
