My fitbit clasp won't hold onto any bands tightly.  The plastic is loose. My fit bit falls off my wrist at random.

Mine too. I don't know if I can get a new housing for my sense or where to get the problem resolved.

I had to just stop wearing my fitbit because it wouldn't stay on my wrist
anymore.
