Hi,
Mi Fitbit Sense is blocked on green fitbit icon. If I tre to restare it with standard procedure which consist on keeping bottone held for 10 seconds, it switches off but get back on sale position, in other words, once again stopped on fitbit icon

Try deleting the Sense Bluetooth entry on the phone and then in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and then "+ Set up a Device" and do as for a new watch.
