Fitbit Sense hasn't tracked sleep or temperature accurately this year

First Fitbit Sense would occasionally log my sleep correctly but stopped doing so (temp occasionally as well), then its screen fell off. Replacement device is even worse - sleep data is wildly inaccurate and fails to log most sleep. Temperature data is nonexistent - it doesn't track it at all.

I've updated the app multiple times. Reset the device multiple times. Repaired the device with phone  multiple times. Changed sensitivity. Swapped arms. Verified positioning with the wrist. Nothing works!

Chat agents tell me that I'm "already referred to the higher support tier" and will receive a response when they have something to tell me. Really feel like Fitbit has taken me for a $200 ride here!

GW812, I have the exact same problem. No matter what I try, apparently I do not sleep.  And I workout while standing still.  According to Fitbit.  Please let me know if you find a solution that actually makes the watch worth the money.  Not looking for perfection, just some improvements.  Like getting maybe 5/7 nights sleep.  Lol.

Same here!! Just bought it a few weeks ago and it’s stopped logging sleep 3 days ago!!!! And have no temp reading either!!!

Sadly, Fitbit's "higher support tier" is still ghosting me. Best answer I found was to buy an Apple Watch. It gave sleep data the first night and has ever since while being worn at the same position and tightness as the Fitbit.

One week into the change: still no contact from Fitbit. Apple Watch has given data every night, tracking the metrics correctly, and my wake-up alarms now go to it. They work better at my wrist than on the phone bringing me out of sleep, and I did not have to do anything to get them there! That Sense did not do that, nor did it even give me notifications OF the alarm consistently.

Seriously, y'all, if you're on iOS this is a no-brainer. I almost wonder if it's designed that way...
