A few days ago the heart rate sensor on my fitbit Sense stopped working. The green lights on the back that normally flash are completely off and the heart rate display only shows dashes. Everything else seems to work fine. I've tried restarting the fitbit and doing a factory reset, but nothing has worked. Do you know if there's any way to get it working again?

Hi @LuckyBlue - that sounds like a fault, possibly the watch got water in it. If the factory reset doesn't fix it chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is declared faulty and still under warranty [1-2 years depending on country law] the quickest way to get it resolved is to take it back to where you got it for replacement with a new one over the counter if there is good service.
