Hi, today I got an issue on my Fitbit Sense. After I charged the battery, suddenly the heart rate sensor stops illuminates. The heart rate went missing. I tried to find a support, and they suggested me to restart my watch, which is still the same. 2nd time I tried to contact the support team, they suggested to do factory reset, which is also didnt fix the issue. It is very frustrating to know that I just got my Fitbit sense less than 6 months....
Anybody can help to have any troubleshooting method?
