Has anyone had their FitBit Sense only show the icons and no words?

I've seen a couple of posts reporting this some while back. They resolved the problem by restarting the Sense by pressing and holding the button for around 10 seconds until you see the fitbit logo on the screen. Hopefully this will work for you too.

Have you had any luck sorting this out? Mine started doing the exact same thing. Restarting by pressing the button for 10 seconds, checking for updated driver, and restarting from the app all do not work. Help!

Hi @thelaugh - it may be a corruption and need a complete factory reset, best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
